Join us for FPANT’s Annual Association Business Meeting, an important members-only gathering as we close out 2026 and prepare for an exciting year ahead.

During the meeting, members will elect FPANT’s 2027 Officers and Board of Directors and consider proposed amendments to the Association’s Constitution & Bylaws. These amendments have been reviewed and approved by the Board for presentation to the membership and include:

• Article IV | Annual Membership Dues Deadline

• Article IV | Board Member Term Limits

• Article V | Board Member Qualifications & Accountability

• Document-wide | Consistent “Board” Terminology

• Article X | Amending the Constitution & Bylaws

 

Copies of the proposed amendments will be made available to members for review prior to the meeting.

We’ll also take a look back at 2026, highlighting the Association’s growth, accomplishments, training, partnerships, and impact across North Texas, and look ahead to what’s coming in 2027 as FPANT celebrates its 40th anniversary.

​

Members will also get a preview of plans for the 2027 North Texas Fire Prevention Conference, coming May 18–20, including what’s ahead as we prepare to bring together fire prevention professionals from across the region for three days of education, networking, and professional development.

The Annual Association Business Meeting is open exclusively to current FPANT members. Because official Association business, elections, and membership votes will take place, advance registration is encouraged.
