Welcome to our 2024 Annual Report!

From rebuilding membership engagement after years of dormancy to launching new training initiatives and welcoming over 100 members back into active participation, 2024 was a year of incredible growth and momentum for FPANT.

Some highlights from the past year include:
 

• Rebuilding our membership base to nearly 500 members, representing 72 fire departments, 19 businesses, and civic agencies across North Texas

• Providing members with 24 hours of high-quality continuing education, all included with their annual dues in partnership with TEEX

• Relaunching training formats and restoring consistent monthly meetings focused on fire prevention trends and professional development

 

Looking ahead, our financial goal for the coming year is to secure $150,000 in donations and sponsorships. These funds will directly support member training opportunities, operational excellence, and future expansion initiatives. Every donation—big or small—makes a meaningful difference.
